   2. 100% advance payment is required to confirm your booking. Payment for extras if any or any
        increase in no of persons has to be done at site in cash.
   3. Check in Time: 9.00 am. Check out time is 6.00 p.m. to be strictly followed.
   4. Rs 800 per room and Rs. 1600/- for dormitory will be charged extra in case of late check out or early
        check in subject to availability.
   5.   Cheques/ DDs are to be drawn in favor of : Nature Trails Resorts Pvt Ltd
   6.   All male groups are not permitted
   7.   Alcohol is strictly prohibited at all our properties
   8.   The billing will be done as per the minimum guaranteed figure in the above quote even if the
        number of persons falls below the same. In case of any increase, such additional persons will be
        billed at the agreed rate.
