Learning How To Effectively Communicate With These 4
by adrianhines | on December 20, 2012
If you are looking for more success in your network marketing company then you have come to
the right place. There are several reasons that you could be struggling.
Lack of leads, lack of sales, don’t know how to close, don’t know how to market, not making big
enough commissions, or whatever else. The fact of the matter is that you came across my blog
post and you desperately want to change your situation.
Well I’m here to help.
I’m here to help you to become a network marketing success story. I don’t care what
company you may be in.
Your product is not your product.
I’m not trying to confuse you, just stating a simple fact.
Your product (juice, nutritional stuff, phones, gas, etc) is not your actual product. So it really
doesn’t make a WHOLE lot of sense to try to learn everything about them.
Now I’m not saying don’t be knowledgeable about that stuff. What I am saying is that those are
not the main things.
Your product is PEOPLE.
And the more you learn about people and how to communicate effectively with them the faster
you will become a network marketing success story no matter what company you are in.
If I can be a bit transparent, I heard this a while back. But ti didn’t really sink in until last night
when I was on a webinar.
The presenter mentioned it again.
Then I began to think since he’s making over a quarter of a million dollars a month I should
listen to him especially since my income is stuck and I want to go to the next level.
See there are 4 main personality types in the world. Each person is different. What I wasn’t
realizing and what you may be missing is that your income depends on their personality type,
yours, and how you communicate with them.
That’s if you want to exponentially increase it that is.
Let me go ahead and share with you what they are.
4 Main Personality Types
Ruby : aggressive and don’t like to be in a box, driven by goals
Social : motivated by people and fun, don’t like to be in a box, life of the party, always fun to be
Nice : salt of the earth, driven by helping others, will stay in a
business the longest if you respect them and show how they can help
people, love to listen
Logic Thinkers : smallest personality segment, questions
people when others are not like them, don’t like hype,
logically justify decisions, hardest people to recruit,
will work on a plan and be disciplined, have to be explained
why to be emotionally expressive when talking, won’t quit
What I just shared was a concise analysis of each type. I didn’t go into a lot of detail. But the
point is that those are their main traits. And since your product is people you want to be able to
study them and know how to relate to them.
I’m fully convinced that most arguments and disagreements happen because we don’t realize
the personality type that we are talking too.
Since I am just learning to pay attention to this my next step is to get some books on this
subject, observe others when I’m out in public, listen when in big groups of conversation, and
study some more.
You and I are not going to learn all this over night. Its a skill set that must be developed. Just
like marketing, listening, and speaking in public.
But since I am determined to earn a significant income and be an effective communicator I’m
going to do what it takes. If you are in the network marketing industry I would suggest you do
the same thing, that is if you want to be successful.
Lastly if there is anything I can share with you that’s of benefit it’s this, you have to learn certain
skill sets to make multiple millions of dollars here in the network marketing industry:
I’m learning all 3 now by being involved in a community of entrepreneurs that teach this on a
regular basis. You can too, just go to the website below, put in your email address, then watch
the video to learn more.
