					Cherry Cake Serving sukade For Christmas

Material I:

200 grams of wheat flour

30 grams of cornstarch

1/2 tsp baking powder

200 grams of butter

30 grams of sugar

4 egg yolks

75 ml apple juice

1 tbs rhum fuel

50 grams sukade

50 grams of raisins

25 grams of red cherries, sliced box
25 grams of green cherries

Materials II:

4 egg white grains

75 grams sugar

How to Make:

   Stir well, sukade, raisins and cherries with rum. Let stand 15 minutes.
   Sift the flour, cornstarch and baking powder.
   Beat butter and sugar until smooth.
   Enter the egg yolks until fluffy, turn off the mixer.
   Pour a little flour, cornstarch and baking powder until blended.
   Pour apple juice, stir until well blended. Set aside.
   Beat the egg whites until half fluffy.
   Enter the sugar, continue to beat until the dough expands.
   Pour this mixture on the dough with flour.
   Add sukade mixture, raisins and cherries, stirring until blended.
   Pour the batter in a buttered baking dish that has been thin.
   Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes.
