SUMMARY OF BACKGROUND

1.Owner/CEO/ President – KIA, Inc. – A technical materials distribution company to the
electronics industry from1986 to 2009. Supplied chemicals and coatings to companies
overseas. Grew company from zero sales to equivalent of $20 million per year. Number
of employees grew to 15 direct and 10 indirect. Sold business in 2009.

2. Owner – Great Earth Vitamin Store - located at Tyrone Mall St. Petersburg Florida,
retail vitamin business.1996 to 1999. Grew sales to $30,000 per month and sold business.

3. Vice President, Director of Asia Operations – Electronics Div., Union Carbide/SAES
LTD.1984 to 1988, Started a factory in Korea and supervised all Asian operations with
responsibility for a 15 million dollar budget. Total employees under my operation was
over 100. Reported to the President and Board of Directors. Highly technical products.

4. International Sales / Marketing Manager – Electronics Div., Union Carbide Corp.,
Cleveland, Ohio July 1980 to 1984, started sales and hired sales persons and mangers for
Asian operations in China, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore. 30 people under my
direction. Reported to the President of Electronics Division.

5. Technical Director – Engineering – Russell, Burdsall, & Ward, Fastener House
Division, Cleveland, Ohio October 1979 to July 1980, Supervised and trained 100
persons in Tech. Sales and Marketing methods. Responsible for QC Nuclear Materials
supply. Reported to the President.

6.Manager of Extrusion Products – Russell, Burdsall, & Ward, Mentor, Ohio January
1979 to October 1979, Responsible for new products for aerospace and automotive
business. Had a staff of 20 people. Reported to the Vice President.

7. Plant Metallurgist/QC Manager - Russell, Burdsall, & Ward, Mentor, Ohio 1975 to
1979. A Fastener Company. Was responsible for all Heat Treating operations as well as
35 people and laboratory testing for Quality Control on all materials of a 350 million
dollar sales per year factory. We did annealing, as well as hardening operations,
Carburizing, Induction H.T., Vacuum H.T./Brazing. All lab personnel reported to me and
conducted surface hardness tests, tensile tests, and micro structure analysis, Eddy current
tests, and Fluorescent Dye tests. Reported to the Vice President.
8. Staff Engineer and Lab Manager – Lamson and Sessions Company, Cleveland Ohio
1970 to 1975. Supervised R and D operations of 6 Engineers. New Product development
and Manufacturing methods for the entire company. Did trouble shooting for
manufacturing when required. Directed Lab operations and did testing of NDT type,
tensile tests, hardness tests, micro analysis, stress relaxation tests, as well as other types.
Reported to the Vice President.

9. Product Development Technician - Brush Beryllium Company, Cleveland Ohio
1967 to 1970 worked on Department of Defense projects for Brush Beryllium such as
missile parts and jet plane parts. Obtained a DOD Secret Security Clearance and AEC
Classified Clearance
