Contents:
This subject aims to present different aspects of legal regime of real estates from the view of private and public law. It deals with different institutes of immovable property law, such as ownership and other property rights. Furthermore it deals with obligatory aspects (e.g. leasing) as well as with some public issues (public law restrictions of ownership) and special regimes for some sorts of immovables. After the course students will be able to demonstrate understanding of institutes of immovable property law and to apply legal rules in concrete typical cases, which means to find out the relevant actual situation and subordinate it under the suitable law institute.
