Objectives
The project’s main goal is to assist in the sale and marketing of your company’s current and future products through proper web site presence across the internet. We will develop a web site showcasing your products/equipment that will be available for rent to customers. We will create a unique style for the prospective site that will utilize your current branding. The site’s theme will be based on your company logo or new elements that will be developed in collaboration with your company’s requirement. We will also provide the web hosting and domain registration, as well as other elements addressed in this paper.

As part of the site’s development, we will address the following issues pertaining to your business: web site security measures (i.e. storage of images in secure folders) registration and login process for rental orders and validation of necessary information in order forms (including return email address) creation of contact list of registered members and generation of reports needed

DEVELOPMENT TIMELINES The term of this project is for a period of two months with work commencing immediately after contract signing. The table below describes each method and an estimated completion date for each procedure. Description 1. Domain Registration and Hosting Set-up 2. Content Gathering All graphic content is collected, including texts and photos, before the site can actually be built. 3. Building Prototype Once we have outlined your content, a prototype may be designed and available for your viewing prior to launching to its public address. 4. Final Design of Site Structure and Dynamic Applications Finalization of detailed plans for the site structure (the way information is arranged and how navigation will work), including any dynamic (database-driven) applications. This phase also includes work on databases and data-driven pages. 5. Page Layout Drafts The page layout and visual design begins in this phase. We will produce a draft based on the client’s needs, content and preferences provided. We will upload this draft to a private location were the client can view for feedback, which is used to produce a second draft in order to arrive at a final draft. The same process is used in developing individual page designs. 6. Database Building and Dynamic Application Coding During this phase, we will create any database and codes for dynamic pages needed. The approved page designs will be used as templates where graphic content and texts are plugged in and adjusted for the ideal layout. Dynamic page codes are added to the templates. 7. Final Site Testing The web site is thoroughly tested on different browsers, platforms, browser window sizes and resolution settings. Client reviews the site for minor revisions. 8. 9. Search Engine Optimization This phase includes content revisions, press release and article submissions, blog posting, link popularity building and directory submission for internet visibility after the site goes live. 10. Project Report and Final Invoice After the completion of the project, we will provide the client with a final project report, including a breakdown of all expenses.

PROJECT COSTING In order to understand the total costs, we have produced a breakdown of expenses, including a brief description for each service. PART I: Web Development 1 year with domain Php 30,000 Web Hosting The chosen domain will be registered for free for 1 year. The web hosting package for the said account is customized for the sites optimization. Unlimited disk space (up to 40GB) and bandwidth (up to 200GB) shall be given to the account within the capabilities of the actual hosting server. This means the account has maximum capability to store files and data as well as maximum use of bandwidth to cope with the high transfer rate of the site. This also goes for use of resources of the server for scripts and database on the site. The hosting for the site is setup that the site in a way is hosted in its own server. The web hosting includes email support, (unlimited pop3 email accounts, spam filters, web based email, email forwarding, auto responders and mailing list) advanced features and software, website management and monitoring. The hosting includes 24x7 call / sms technical support and a 99.9% uptime guarantee. Php 60,000 Web Design We will provide an original web site design based on the current branding. Also included are color coordinated layouts and graphics for each page. We will also handle the manipulation/optimization of supplied product photos and other elements required for the web site. Php 80,000 Programming We will develop a dynamic website that will allow customers to rent via email processing. The application will be developed using the latest framework available. We will create your own MySQL database specific to the company’s system needs. We will also provide a customized content management system which will allow you to easily update content/images on your site.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS If you are satisfied with the proposal document and would like to proceed further, we will prepare an agreement of services and an invoice for 20% down payment of the development fee. Once the signed agreement and invoice payment are received we will begin work on the project. The agreement is specifically and fairly prepared to protect both Pegdown Associates and you. It is not unusual for web projects to be delayed due to clients not supplying feedback or content necessary to complete sections. We expect your company to supply information when requested. We will not be liable for any delays caused by this. Final payment for 80% of the development fee will be billed upon project completion. Revisions after final release of the website will be billed Php 1,500 for each revision and renewal of hosting services (including domain registration) after the one-year free service. Optional ongoing maintenance, additional modifications and extra SEO services and other design or programming revisions after the final website launching shall be billed accordingly for each service required.
