as Its USA Education Contact Center Director
Education Online Services Corporation Promotes William Jones to USA Education Contact Center
New York, NY, December 13, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Education Online Services Corporation announces the
promotion of William Jones to US Education Contact Center Director. Based at the company's
headquarters in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl, Mr. Jones will maintain and improve call center operations by
monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving challenges; preparing and completing action
plans; managing system and process improvement and quality assurance programs on behalf of the
company's educational services to its college and university partner institutions.
Mr. Jones has over 20 years of hands on experience as Director of Training with the instruction of
employees on company dialing platforms and proprietary technology service platforms, as well as 3 years
of experience with Education Online Services Corporation, Inc marketing campaigns and program
objectives. He holds a Bachelors of Science from the University of Texas at Arlington and an Associate
Degree in Fine Arts from BCCC in Great Bend, KS. Mr. Jones has also worked with Chairman Brown
from the inception of Brown's business and entrepreneurial career. He was the third employee hired by
Brown's initial business venture well over twenty years ago.
