                        Pour-A champion Loyola had five of its players named to the honor
         teams, Hhile runner-up st. Paul landed six., Loyola bested South Torrance (28...13) f
         Foothill (13-8), West Covina (21-12) and flJlaheim (21-17), before edging the Swords-
         me!l Ih-13 for the championship, St~ Paul defeated Simi Valley (36-3), St" Job.n
         Bosco (21-14), Fountain Valley (24-17) and Sout..ll Hills (10-7) prior to reaching the

       Honored players will receive framed scrolls from Citizens Savings Athletic
       Foundation and, as the AMF VOlT people. have so kindly done over the past
       20 odd years, miniature footballs commemorating the big day in the lives

       of over 250 southland football players.
              Fifty-two players, representing 32 southland high schools, find them-
selves on the 1975 honor teams. Three performers - Billy 'Hillard (Bell Gardens),
Jeff Fox (Crescenta Valley) and Jim Middleton (Pomona) - are back from last year's
teams, Champion South Pasadena placed four players on the team, as did Burroughs of
Burbank. Runner-up Villa Park placed three players, as did Crescenta Valley.

        be held at rilagic Mountain Park on Saturday, Jan. 17 at 10: 30 am.                              For the 3rd
        year, :Magic Mountain will host players, coaches, parents and school officials
        for an afternoon of excitement following the morning awards program.
                Thirty Los Angeles high schools are represented on the 1975 honor
,teams •••• 42 players named on offense and 36 on defense. As expected, schools lead-
 ing the parade in placing players were L.A. City 4-A and 3-A' champions, San Fernando
 and 1"Tilson, respectively, with seven and eight players each. Carson's Colts, king'
 pins of the Marine League and City team scoring champions (160 points i."Yl regular
 season) also landed seven players. Three other L.A. City strengthies lended five
 players on the honor teams •••Banning, Bell and Palisades.,
                Wilson capped its perfect 13-0 season with a 14-7 win over previously
 undefeated Bell (12-1) 14-7. The Mules defeated Verdugo Hills (42-6), Manual Arts
  (32-21) and South Gate (14-6) on the T".lay to the throne room. San Fernando do\vned
 Banning 20-8 in the title decider, after disposing of Gardena (32-13), Canoga Park
  (31-13) and Taft (32-21).

       All-Los Angeles Board of Football has been in operation since 1937 and is
 sponsored by Citizens Savings Athletic Foundations. Its board members -- sports
 journalists on the metropolitan and suburban area newspapers -- have served over
~ period of 36 years in the interest of high schco1 athletics.     They give freely
 of their time without compensation so that worthy young men throughout the Los
l:a.ngeles area, who take part in the high school football program, will receive proper
