With the collected information through the available indicators
in WEBTEC, one can make an analysis and an interpretation of
the data identifying opportunity areas in the teaching-learning
process.

Four important issues can be pointed out:
      Tutors work
      Students achievement
The communication between the student and the tutor
The design of the course content
      The evaluation system

               Improvements
  establishments and changes
The tutorial work. Allows to elaborate programs to support the
growth of the tutor in his/her weak areas, and even to substitute
him/her if his/her work does not help the growth of the students.
The students performance. Allows to identify special support
actions for those students that requires them, and in that way they
won't drop out the program.
The interaction student-tutor. Allows to develop actions that help
improve the communication process, and also help enrich the
student and the teacher.
The design and contents of the course. Can lead to structure again
the units and/or to develop new materials that can improve the
comprehension of the knowledge.
The evaluation system. Can lead to the definition of new indicators.
