8 .1   ATM ilachine

       The Chairmansaid KiwiBankdid not believeit couldjustify installinga machine
       becausetherewas an insufficientnumberof transactions.The Chairman    said he

           The Chairmansaid there was anotherbank that would come to Bluff "tomonod'
           and installan ATM in a shop. This wouldhave quite an impacton the Service
           Centrebusiness.

           The Chairmansaid membershad receivedthe scheduleof work that neededto
           be doneon the pooland it involved considerableexpenditure.Certainworkwould
           be done this year but it all came back to how much money was availableand
           priorities.

     9.2   Bluff Hill

           Memberslookedat damagecausedby vandalsand had discussed feasibility
