3.Meadowbrook Terrace Bingo LicenseElizabeth Morris,
Meadowbrook Terrace Tenants Assoc.
2220 Warwick Avenue, E5

As of Friday September 7, 2012, the Meadowbrook Terrace Tenants’
Association Bingo license had been suspended by both the
Warwick Police Department and Rhode Island State Police, effective
immediately.

On the same day at approximately 1909, hours Officer Matthew
Higgins was dispatched to the lobby of the Warwick Police
Department to meet with a party in regard to the violation of city
licensing.

Dorothy Jorgensen, Treasurer of the Tenants’ Association, reported
that the Bingo License had been suspended that day. She then
provided a copy of the suspended license, along with all of the
paperwork verifying such information. Ms. Jorgensen further
explained that the Bingo was being held despite the license
suspension.

Due to the aforementioned facts, along with the fact that Ms.
Jorgensen is no longer currently active with the bingo, a new
application will need to be submitted to the Rhode Island State Police
Charitable Gaming Unit listing the names and members who will be
involved in the conduct of bingo.
