IN CONSIDERATION of Accommodate Group Limited and/or its associates supplying any goods or services or any other advances to the tenant, , I, the guarantor, HEREBY GUARANTEE to Accommodate Group Limited (Accommodate) the due and punctual payment of all monies due by the tenant to Accommodate. I AGREE THAT: 1. This guarantee is a continuing guarantee. 2. This guarantee is not affected or discharged by granting to the tenant of any time or credit, by any waiver, indulgence or neglect to sue, the release of any securities or by the winding up or the bankruptcy of the tenant. 3. My obligation under this guarantee shall be that of principle debtor. 4. This guarantee shall continue in force even if the tenant’s account with Accommodate from time to time may be in credit. 5. If there are two or more guarantors my liability shall be joint and several. 6. I agree to pay all outstanding sums due to Accommodate by the tenant within seven days of any notice of the applicant’s default including interest on all outstanding sums at the default rate specified by Accommodate and Accommodate’s full costs of enforcing this guarantee (including, but not limited to, costs on a solicitor and client basis). I warrant that the information given above is true and correct and hereby irrevocably authorise Accommodate to obtain information from any source in support of my guarantee. I also acknowledge that information relating to my account/credit status may be used in completing a report for any other party requesting the same. I hereby authorise Accommodate or its duly authorised agents to collect, disclose, and retain personal information about me in the following way: 7. The personal information to be collected will be information which is necessary for evaluating my suitability as a guarantor. 8. Accommodate will retain the details of this application on record as well as an image of the identity documents for the purpose of future reference in the case of a Privacy Inquiry.

9. I acknowledge that under the provisions of the Privacy Act 1993, I have been informed of my right to access and request the correction of the information held by Accommodate concerning me. Accommodate undertakes to correct any information held on me that it has collected and that is proven to be incorrect.
