CHICKENSHIT ELKO COUNTY

EVERY TIME I'VE BEEN IN JAIL, IT RESULTED FROM SPEAKING OUT AGAINST THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES. NO MATTER WHAT THE CHARGE WAS. THE "POLICE" NEVER HAVE TO LOOK TOO FAR TO FIND SOMETHING THEY CAN CHARGE YOU WITH WHEN THERE'S A LAW AGAINST EVERYTHING YOU CAN DO OR POSSIBLY THINK OF DOING. THEY GET MAD WHEN I CALL THEM COMMUNISTS THEN GO AND PROVE THERE'S NOT A DIME'S WORTH OF DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THEM AND THE COMMUNISTS. I have battled Elko County, Nevada for seven years now. Because I tell the truth about how bottomlessly corrupt the sheriff (Jim Pitts - elkosheriff@elkocountynv.net - fax: 775-753-9845) and the Elko County commissioners (Jeff Williams - my millionaire mormon bishop cousin - nneelko@frontiernet.net - 775-738-2405) are. As well as the local gold mines Barrick (nevadajobs@barrick.com - fax: 775-748-1255) and Newmont (fax: 303-837-5837) who regularly bribe these officials. THESE CRIMINALS HAVE: ● Placed me on a county-wide blacklist to starve me out (I left a great job in Sacramento to live with my 85 year old mother, Ellen Berry, who wants to spend her last years in the house where she raised her kids). ● Had deputies TRY to harrass me on several occasions. One redhaired sergeant even implied that she'd get ahold of the Dept Of Aging to have Mom removed from our home. A "conservative" cop, mind you, somebody who's supposedly against the encroachment of Big Brother Government. Elkoans always whine about californication but Elko County's staggering down the same treasonous road California did in "law enforcement" and "public safety". ● Used a "witness" in their employ and a mexican alien to convict me of battery even though the evidence and testimony clearly indicated I was DEFENDING myself.
