							How to Travel During the Holidays, Cheaply and Easily!

       It is December and that means different things to a lot of people. Santa is coming
       soon, I have to brave the freezing cold weather outside and put up the Christmas
       lights, I have to find a way to keep my in laws happy for a week, I can't wait to be
       out of school for two weeks, I have so much shopping to do and so little time... We
       all have different thoughts and stresses but one thought that almost all of us have
       to deal with is, "How am I going to find a cheap and easy way to see my family
       during the holidays?"
       Every year millions of people rush to the airport, fight long check in lines, get
       groped by a TSA agent, lose luggage... or a child, hurry to a terminal gate to find
       out a flight was canceled or delayed, so on and so on. It all drives us nuts. Why do
       we do it to ourselves every year? Just so we can go visit family who makes us go
       crazy anyway? I don't have that answer. I guess we do all of that just because we
       love them and we want to get some cool presents. What ever the reason is, a lot of
       us do it and instead of stressing about it, we should try to find a way to embrace it
       and make it as easy and cheap as possible.
       I have been traveling at Christmas time for as long as I remember and every year I
       try to find an easier way to do it. I always try to find the cheapest flight at the best
       time on my favorite airline. Of course, it always seems impossible to do so, but I
       still try. I don't do anything outrageous or extraordinary. Each year, my wife, our
       daughter and myself, just book a flight and go visit my in laws, which is fun, but its
       nothing special. I try to book my flight as early as possible, in hopes of getting the
       best deal before fares skyrocket right before the holidays. Of course, I always come
       across something cheaper a few weeks after I book my flight.
       One of these years I am going to do something fun and exciting. I want to do
       something exotic like a Carnival Cruise. I know there are quite a few adventurous
       people who do this type of thing and I envy them. I want to give it a try one of
       these years.
       My sister is going on her honeymoon during the holidays. How fun would that be?
       Just you and your loved one at some tropical location. No cranky kids, no
       judgmental in laws, no crazy aunts or uncles, no over cooked food, no over priced
       presents to buy. Just a frosty adult beverage with an umbrella in it and a way-too-
       small bathing suit trying its darnedest to cover my winter-caused pasty skin.
       After the many years of traveling during the holidays I finally found a place that
