Seattle, WA, December 06, 2012 -- Code39Azalea is a web font that creates
Code 39 barcodes in web pages. It's free to use, hosted in the cloud,
released under a Creative Commons license, and comes with no strings
attached. Oh, with really cool sample code too.

Azalea Software has been a leader in the barcode print market since 1992.
They’ve turned their years of font know-how to creating a smart, simple,
web font tool. Code 39 barcodes can be incorporated into web pages in 2
easy steps:
 1. link to the Code39Azalea CSS stylesheet
<link rel="stylesheet" href="azalea.com/web-fonts/Code39Azalea.min.css">
 2. format your text in the Code39Azalea web font
<div style="font-family:Code39AzaleaFont; font-
size:72px;">*314159265*</div>

The result is a Code 39 symbol in one or more of your web pages. Now you
can generate barcodes within web-based invoices, receipts, tickets,
RMA's, and other documents.

The Code39Azalea web fonts are in TTF, OTF, SVG, and WOFF formats to
ensure compatibility across browsers on multiple computers, phones,
tablets, and other devices. The fonts and CSS file are hosted on Azalea's
web servers, eliminating the need for web developers to install or
configure anything. Two lines in any HTML file and you can generate
custom barcodes.

"While working on an upgrade to our product line I began looking into
fonts and the web. I had ideas about how I wanted to do it. This project
is an opportunity to share with the web dev community by making our
modest barcode font open source. And so Code39Azalea was born!" says
Jerry Whiting, founder and president of Azalea Software.

Azalea Software, Inc. [Seattle WA] has been publishing barcode and auto-
ID software and tools for over 20 years. Code39Azalea is a subset of
C39Tools, which creates Code 39 (Code 3 of 9) barcodes in printed
documents, PDF files, and now on the web as well.
