Description:- New Delhi: The Gujarat Congress will release its manifesto for the Assembly
Elections on Tuesday. In a previous announcement, the Congress has already promised
affordable housing for urban women, free laptops to students, sops to government employees and
reduction of VAT on petrol and diesel, if it is voted to power.
