KEJARA SYSTEM
1. Abbreviation of the word demerit points
penalty system traffic offense.

 PURPOSE SYSTEM KEJARA:
 1. Reduce the rate of road accidents

KEJARA SYSTEM WORK?

 - KEJARA system works under APJ 35, 35A, 37 and
38 and the rules of Motor Vehicles (Demerit
Points) 1997.
-Record offenders KEJARA system created by a
notice of summons in connection with scheduled
offenses and demerit points will be calculated.
-For CDL driver's license that has collected 15
or more demerit points, the following actions
will be taken: -
Scheduled offenses demerit points GIVEN AND
ERRORS - demerit points

 Driving or control of a motor vehicle while under the
    influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs - 15 points
   By reckless or dangerous driving - 15 points
   Driving with no care and no consideration - 15 points
   Competition (racing) or trial of speed - 15 points
   Without reasonable excuse, fails to provide a specimen of
    breath, blood or urine when required to do so by a police
    officer - 15 points
   Failure to comply with traffic light - 10 points
   Imposed exceed the Speed ​limit on a road or parking: More
    than 40 km / h - 10 points Over 26 km/j-40 km / h - 8 points
    than 1 km/j-25 km / h - 6 points
 Offences relating to cutting and obstacles during
    cutting (including cutting 'Q') - 8 points

 Purpose of this act is to prevent, destroy,
control pollution and improve the environment
and matters connected therewith. Regulations
related to road are as follows: -

 Regulations Environmental Quality.
 (Control of Lead Concentration in Motor Gasoline) 1985.
 Restrictions to import or manufacture of motor gasoline
  with lead content exceeding 0.4gram/liter.
 Restrictions have motor gasoline containing lead above
  0.4gram/liter after January 1, 1986.
 Restriction on import, manufacture, possess with the
  content of motor gasoline
MOTOR CAR RULES? (Control of Smoke and Gas 1977)



 Not use or cause the car to smoke with a density greater
  than 50 Hartridge Smoke Unit or comparable.
 Ringelmann Smoke Chart can be used in addition to
  charts Hartridge / Ringelamann to check the density of
  smoke emission

LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1976
 "Highway" includes a street, square, pedestrian,
  highway, or road, whether translucent or not the road,

PURPOSE OF FORMULATION OF ROAD TRANSPORT
ACT 1976
