Online Backup
Online-Backups Server is a client application with a user-interface for easy backup configuration. It allows users to upload selected files to the Backup server and runs scheduled backup jobs. It also allows users to create different backup sets for different backup purpose. Besides file backup, Online-Backups Manager can backup a list of applications such as MS Exchange, MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL, Lotus Domino, and much more. Online-Backups Manager supports Windows 2000, XP, 2003, Linux, Mac OS X, etc. Online-Backups Laptop/Desktop is a client application with essential file backup functionalities and an intuitive user-interface targeting for simple end-users. Online-Backups does not know the content of all backup files. Online-Backups will not conduct any cryptographic analysis on users data. Online-Backups is keen to maintain the confidentiality of our users data. Online-Backups will neither sell nor provide users data to a third party unless requested by LAW.

All sensitive information you send us via the public network will be transmitted in encrypted form through SSL (Secured Socket Layer) to avoid information being exposed to eavesdroppers.

Software License Agreement

All software provided by Online-Backups is on an "as is" basis with no warranties of any kind and OnlineBackups will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use. Online-Backups further disclaims all warranties, express and implied, including without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 2. Online-Backups grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free, limited license to use the binary form of the software provided by Online-Backups for personal use only. Redistribution of programs owned by Online-Backups, unless explicitly granted by Online-Backups, is strictly prohibited. 3. All content included on this site, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images and software, is the property of Online-Backups or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. All program used on this site is the property of Online-Backups or its software suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. Any attempt of reverse engineering, disassembly, or decompilation of programs, unless it is explicitly permitted, is prohibited by law. 4. Online-Backups may send notices to you via either email or regular mail. Online-Backups may also provide notices of changes to the terms or other matters by displaying notices or links to notices to you generally on the services provided by Online-Backups. 5. While it is Online-Backups intent to monitor your online communications, Online-Backups reserves the right to edit or remove content that we become aware of and determine to be harmful and offensive to the general public. Termination or suspension of your account may be resulted as a consequence to the violation of this rule. 6. The integrity of this system relies on proper use of email as message passing media. The use of the email system, directly or indirect as a spamming tool, or other than it is intended, is prohibited. 7. Online-Backups reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. 8. You are expected not to use the services provided by Online-Backups for any unlawful activities not otherwise covered above, including but not limited to, attempting to compromise the security of any networked account, a site or a country. Appropriate legal procedures will be pursued when OnlineBackups is aware of any of these activities. 9. Online-Backups shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including damages for loss of business, loss of profits, loss of backup data, other like), whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise, even if Online-Backups or its representatives have been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose. 10. Users are the ones who have the knowledge of their encrypting keys. They have the sole responsibility to make sure their encrypting keys are kept in a safe and secure place. Online-Backups shall not be liable for any damages (including damages for not able to restore backup data or the disclosure of confidential information) resulting from loss/corruption/compromise of this key.
Terms & Conditions
Payment DEBIT ORDER ONLY Failure to settle the invoice in full may result in downtime of services rendered to the client until payment has been received and confirmed. (I also agree to pay any additional cost that ONLINE-BACKUPS would encounter to collect any outstanding payments). I Understand if my Debit Order gets returned for any Reason I will pay a R50-00 Penalty FEE By signing this document, I understand that the services will be rendered for the period of twelve (12) months. The client will still remain liable for the monthly payment even if the client decide to move the services to another Internet Service Provider. The contract can be cancelled by paying the outstanding amount on the remainder of the contract in full. Until such time, the client is still bound by the terms and conditions of this contract. Cancellation of services must be done in writing. Services will only be cancelled after any outstanding amounts on the clients’ statement has been received and confirmed. ONLINE-BACKUPS permits authorized users with unlimited access to its system. Idle time, nondialup-use, and use of system resources not directly related to interactive dialup-access (including, but not limited, use of disk space and CPU time) may be restricted or may incur additional charges.

ONLINE-BACKUPS will not be liable to the subscriber nor to any associated party for damages, incidental or consequential, of any nature whatsoever. The subscriber shall not resell or make availability to any third party such as services they might receive from ONLINE-BACKUPS. ONLINE-BACKUPS reserves the right to with hold access for overdue accounts, while the subscriber shall continue to be liable for the services until the 30 days notice in writing was received and confirmed by ONLINE-BACKUPS. Only registered users and or subscribers are authorized to use the services from ONLINEBACKUPS.
