27 October 2008 “REAL ESTATE. CONSTRUCTION. INVESTMENTS. FOREIGN REAL ESTATE” Exhibition took place on 22-24 October 2008 at the “ITE Siberian Fair” International Exhibition Center. At the same time “Siberian Business-Forum – 2008” was held. More than 100 exhibitors from 7 countries, including Bulgaria, Spain, Cyprus, Turkey, Latvia, Italy, France, Germany and Russian Federation participated in the Exhibition. Exhibition exposition: Construction and investment companies, government institutions, Russian and foreign real estate agencies, credit companies were represented at the Exhibition. More than 30 foreign construction companies and real estate brokerage firms offered different variants of foreign real estate operations abroad. According to the opinion of Andrey Reznikov, Director of “Stocker” investment center, in the nearest time demand for the foreign real estate will grow, as Russian real estate is going down in price and many people would prefer to buy residences and offices in other countries. Major activities at a glance Exhibition provided a platform for the exchange of market information through a series of seminars and presentations held during the event: - For developers, management companies and providers “Novotelekom” company organized «IT-telecommunications in development and management of commercial real estate units» seminar. Providing quality communication in office buildings of the city was the main topic of discussion. - A number of seminars were devoted to the advantages of real estate acquisition in different countries of the world. “BG Estate” company organized seminar about conditions of real estate acquisition in Bulgaria. Bulgaria is the leading country among Russians emigrating abroad – 23% of those who bought real estate abroad, bought it in Bulgaria. - At the “Sale and lease of real estate in 60 countries of the world”, “The best rest – rest in apart hotels” seminars presentation of the “Rest in Apart hotels” program was held. The audience had a chance to know all about acquisition of real estate abroad on the “time share” system. - Animated discussions were generated by the Seminar devoted to the issues of mortgage lending market. The “GOLDEN MEDAL OF THE ITE SIBERIAN FAIR”, a traditional awards ceremony was held at the end of the Exhibition.
