							                     WILLOWCREEK MIDDLE SCHOOL
                      7TH GRADE BOYS BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT
                      Saturday, December 1st, 2012

                           Willowcreek is looking forward to your participation
                      in the 18th Annual Willowcreek Invitational Basketball
                     Tournament for 7th Grade Boys Basketball.      Following you
                    will find tourney information that will be useful to you.

Game 1: 8:30 am
Willowcreek (light) vs. Lake Ridge (dark)
Game 2: 15 Minutes after Game 1
Kankakee Valley (light) vs. Union Twp (dark)
Game 3: 20 Minutes after Game 2
Loser game 1 (light) vs. Loser game 2 (dark)
Game 4: 10 Minutes after Game 3
Winner Game 1 (light) vs. Winner Game 2 (dark) - Championship
1. Union Twp and Willowcreek will share the Boys Locker
   Lake Ridge will use the Visitors Locker Room.
   Kankakee Valley will use the Girls Locker Room.
   Players need to bring their own locks.

     If Willowcreek and Union Twp play each other in the 2nd round games,
     locker rooms may be changed.

2. The games will be played with 6 minute quarters and 8
   minute half times.
3. Please send a 12-man roster of your team to Jay White by
   Monday November 26. Include coaches, and light and dark uniform numbers

4. A $30.00 entry fee payable to Willowcreek Middle School Athletic Dept. is
   due with your roster.

5.    A team trophy will be presented to the winning team.
      All participants will receive ribbons.

6.   Admission prices for all day are :   Students - $1.00
                                          Adults   - $3.00
                                          Family   - $5.00
7.   The concession stand will be open for those wishing to purchase
     pop, popcorn, nachos, candy and hot dogs. Burger King, McDonalds, Wendys,
     and Subway, Jimmy John’s and Cici’s Pizza are located within walking
     distance of the school.

8.      Doors will open at 7:30 for teams and at 8:00 for fans.
9.      Please do not bring your school’s cheerleaders.
