    Reduced inventory levels by over $200,000 or 11% of total inventory by leveraging vendor relationships,
    negotiating return programs and identifying obsolete items
    Developed a forecasting method to increase turns by 22% by changing computer commitment process.
    Improved account receivable aging average from 57 days to 48 days utilizing consolidated invoicing and
    establishing better corporate communication.
