Multiple Small Interview (MMI)

A new type of meeting, called the several mini meeting (MMI), started at Canada’s McMaster
University and has made its way south of the edge. MMIs are consists of several short, separate
concerns at different programs, usually in a timed routine, with each place including a unique
situation and interview panel member. The MMIs focus on an candidate's “soft skills,”
examining cultural interaction, ethical verdict, group interaction, and reliability. One place
generally takes eight to ten moments, and the MMI often contains six to ten programs.
