RYE BROOK, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Full Circle Capital Corporation (NASDAQ: FULL) ("Full Circle") today announced that it has commenced a public offering of 1,350,000 shares of its common stock. The public offering price of the common stock is to be determined by negotiations between Full Circle and the underwriters.
