I want to make one thing perfectly clear before I tell you what happened here in Woodview Heights one fall evening I did what I had to do. We all did.We did it as a neighborhood to preserve not only our way of life, but our sanity. True enough we'll carry what we've done with us for the rest of our lives, but we'll get along all right. We'll get along as long as no one forgets the creed of our little suburb, and that is: What happens in the neighborhood, stays in the neighborhood.
