					 Difference between fact and
           opinion.

An opinion is somebody who has their own idea about
something and what they think about a certain
situation or idea. E.g. “I thought the dress looked
awful while my friend thought it was very pretty and
looked lovely.” It’s showing two very different thoughts
about something because it has two very different
opinions. Other times it’s when we see things from a
very different perspective that give us other opinions.
A fact is a true piece of information that we know is
right from experience or because the information is
right in front of us. A fact can’t be wrong but it is
always right that is why it is called a fact. Imagine
somebody is sitting down on a chair. It’s a fact that this
person is sitting on the chair because the evidence is
right in front of us and also because it’s the truth. A
person saying that football is rubbish is an opinion but
if someone says that a man has landed on the moon it
is a fact because a many people have landed on the
moon before.
