The National Agency is the only state body authorized by the Ukrainian
Government for EURO-2012 preparation

The Cabinet of Ministries Decree “On approval the Regulation for the
National Agency on Preparation and Organization of the European

The Cabinet of Ministries Order “On improvement of the management
system for Organization and Conducting the Final Tournament of the
European Football Championship 2012 in Ukraine”
• The Agency is a special governmental body for coordination of all aspects of
EURO-2012 preparation

the Government #292 of February 15, 2008

• Legislation on EURO-2012 development
• State Masterplan of preparing and conducting in Ukraine the Final
Tournament of the European football championship in 2012 development and
improvement
• Annual Action plans development
• Assistance in sector and regional plans development
• Key projects selection
• Monitoring and control over projects in key sectors
• Selection of contractors (tender procedures)
• International donor projects
