     ACCREDITATION AUDIT
THE FOUR PHASES OF ACCREDITATION

1) The Quick Assessment, a one-page look at lab
   conditions.

2) The Pre-Audit Phase, collaborative discussions of
   what needs to be fixed.

3) Accreditation Audit, covers all areas of laboratory
   performance.

4) Notification, Celebration and Publication
