Members need to arrive by 8:30am* (Cafeteria)
You will be done by 12:15pm
*(except for Set Up committee … you arrive at 8:00am)
1. Listen to the brief description of what Immersion Day is like.
2. Pick a committee.
** Even if you cannot attend on Sat., November 17, we need
everyone’s help to get ready. You still need to be an active
member of a committee.
3. You will break up into your committee groups. Each committee
will have a clear outline of what you need to accomplish and the
due dates for each task. Keep in contact with your committee!
(Fill out the back of this paper to help you.)
Mark your calendar NOW for our future meetings:
Your committee should meet and/or communicate via email at least
three times between now and October 26.
ALL member meeting: Friday, October 26 at lunch
Continue meeting with your committee to meet all listed deadlines.
Please plan on presenting a ‘practice run’ of what will happen at your
station to Sra. Bender on your assigned day. All group members
should be present!! Have all of your supplies here and ready to go at
lunch in room 516:
