NOTE

1) Pls handover the s/bill/TR copies within 2 days of stuffing. Any shut out / cost incurred due to late
submission of T/R will be in shipper's A/C
2) Shipper shall comply with all rules, laws and regulations of any national or local government and/or
other authorities relating to the goods, including but not limited to weight limit and weight declaration
requirements and shall indemnify Seatrade Exim Logistics Pvt Ltdfor any liability, loss,damage or expenses of whatsoever nature as
a result of any non - compliance.
3) Please note the Booking Number is valid for 3 days after the date of issuance and request the return of
of laden container within the stipulated free time to avoid detention charges.
4) Detention : Container has to be stuffed within the 5 days from the container booking date. If not stuffed
within 5 days of booking, the detention and demurrage charges are applicable on the empty containers
5) BL Instructions : B/L instructions to be sent in Seatrade Exim Logistics Pvt Ltd Format only to
within 2 days of stuffing of container.
