The process is simple, the production time is only about 10 days more and the process lets you have a graduated approval process all along the way including the steps for “rough mockups”, CAD drawing and first prototype……We want you to be happy with the product and we don’t want to give you anything that we are not proud of…!

We sent them back a very “ROUGH MOCK-UP” to give them an idea what it might look like.
Starting is simple and FREE! 1st ask your distributor if we have a mould design that already exists that meets your needs. If not, send us a picture of the object (wine bottle, spaceship, Eiffel Tower etc…) and we will do 2 things. 1) Tell you if it can be made into a custom drive and if it can do a rough mock-up for FREE.

This is where you move forward. Minimums on a custom made flash drive is 500 units with a 512MB memory. If this is ok we then make you the first mould and prototype. This takes 7-10 working days from start of the order to having the prototype in your hands. The prototype allows you to see exactly what your custom designed flash drive will look and perform like. Once you approve the prototype we will start production on the whole order.

•Minimum orders are 500 pieces and 512 of MB memory, with further memory increments of 1GB, 2GB, 4GB and 8GB! 16 GB is coming soon……
•Upon placement of the PO# on any custom flash drive 100% payment is required. This is to be done after approval of the CAD drawing and before we start a new mould.
•The average production time including first mould, prototype and the finished production run is 21-23 days on average. The production will start upon completion of the PO process and deposit. •All of our products are fully guaranteed. In the case of any faulty custom drives we will either refund you or credit your account. If we can repair the drive we will…..but since we only use the best components available it is very rare that we have to consider any of this……
