									Sponge Cakes
          Ingredients
  100g    Self Raising Flour
  100g    Soft Margarine
  100g    Castor Sugar
     2    Eggs
   50g    Glacé Cherries

Pre-heat oven to 180ºC (Gas Mark 4),
Mix all the ingredients together,
Spoon mixture into paper cases,
Bake in oven for 15 minutes until golden brown.
Options
1) Use Raisins in place of Glacé Cherries.
2) Use 2 teaspoons cocoa dissolved in warm water in place of Glacé
Cherries.
