Registration Procedure
Participants may register for the seminar at the Secretariat Desk outside the Conference
Hall on 7 December 2009 between 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.


Name Tags
As a security measure, delegates are required to wear their name tags at all times when
within the premises of the Securities Commission.


Photography Session
A photography session will take place on the first day (7 December 2009) before the
coffee break at 10:30 a.m. Delegates are advised to wear their office attire for this
purpose.


Dress Code
Apart from the first day (7 December 2009), delegates may wish to be attired in smart
casual.

The hotel accepts major credit cards such as American Express, Visa, Diners Club, JCB
and Mastercard. Business Centre facilities are available at the hotel which include
phone, fax and secretarial services.

The Concierge desk at the hotel also assists guests with tours and flight reservation and
confirmation or with any other queries. We suggest that participants seek the assistance
of the concierge to reconfirm onward flights.


Airport Transfer
For the transfer from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) to the Renaissance
Kuala Lumpur Hotel, participants have the following options :

    1. KLIA Limousine Service
    The charges are as follows :
           • Premier – RM101.70 (approximately USD21)
           • Budget – RM73.90 (approximately USD17)
    Please proceed to the counter for the KLIA limousine service which is located to the
    right of the exit after customs.

    We advise participants not to accept offers from taxi touts who may offer
    lower rates.

    2. Rail Transfers
    Express Rail Link (ERL) will transport participants from KLIA to KL Sentral station.
    Tickets can be bought from vending machines or ticketing counters while payments
    can be made via credit card or cash. The cost of the ticket is RM35 (approx. USD10)
    for the trip from KLIA to KL Sentral station.

    Upon reaching the ERL terminal in KL Sentral station, participants will need to take
    a taxi to the Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel. The cost of the taxi ride is in the
    range of RM22 (approximately USD7). Please buy coupons for the taxi ride from the
    ticketing counters.

For the transfer from the Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel to the KLIA, participants are
advised to arrange the transfer with the hotel concierge 4 hours before departure.

We advise participants not to accept offers from taxi touts who may offer
lower rates.


Visa
Certain countries require a visa to enter Malaysia. Participants should apply for a visa at
the Malaysian embassy or consulate service in their respective countries/areas. ADB can
provide a note verbale to the embassy, if the necessary passport information is complete
and provided timely as requested in the attached registration form.


Shuttle Service
Transportation will be provided between the Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel and the
Securities Commission as per the scheduled program. Please assemble at the Main
Entrance of the Convention Centre, Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel five
minutes prior to departure. The pick up time will be 8.00am every day.

The shuttle will take participants back to their hotel at the end of each day.
