4. COMMUNICATION PLAN:

   -    School Data Team Wiki will be created with minutes, calendar, updates for every school and team meeting available to all for viewing.
   -    Members of the School Data Team will serve as liaisons to the IDT’s by providing monthly updates.
   -    Principal will present updates on the progress towards goals at PTA meetings.
   -    The school website will post the SIP and post any updated information regarding the SIP.
   -    Students will be informed of the goal during their meetings with guidance staff.
   -    Strategies/suggestions for quality argument writing at home via the school website will be provided.
   -    Time will be provided at Faculty Meetings for each team to discuss students’ progress.
   -    Twice yearly phone surveys to assess parent impressions of the SIP.
   -    Handout on data process will be made available for parents and staff.

Members of the team are responsible for having the plan posted on their school’s website, and the SIT plan and process should be shared with
the school and parent community at meetings and through bulletins, newsletters, and /or the school website.
