๏ Let’s get on the same page.
๏ You might hear new language
  describing how to interact with the
  App.

๏ Ask a question on the WebEx control
  panel.

  your microphone.

Category Icons
๏ Every category of voice-overs is
  represented by an icon.

๏ The App icons may differ from those
  on the Website.

๏ We’ll roll out the same icon set across
  the App and Website shortly.

Welcome
๏ When you first open the app, you’ll
   see the featured talent lists.

๏ This is great visibility for you as clients
   can tap through to your profile.

๏ Login by tapping the menu in the
   upper-right hand corner of the app.

Login
๏ Access your account by entering in
  your username and password.

๏ Have the App remember your login
  details by switching the toggle to
  “On”.

๏ If you’re new, you can sign-up right
  from the App.

Reset Password
๏ Forgot your password?   No problem!

๏ Enter your email address and we’ll
  send you a temporary password.

Profile
๏ The three main sections are your Bio,
  Feedback and Demos.

๏ Your profile is created from the
  information on your Web profile.

๏ When you update your Web profile, it
  will automatically update the the App
  profile.

๏ Client’s can request a quote using
  their iPhone app too.

Demos
๏ Your demos tab will feature all your
  demos including the title and
  description.

๏ Edit demo details by tapping the
  pencil icon to update the title,
  description, language and tags.

๏ You can view more by tapping the
  “More Info” area.

Demo Details
๏ Clients can see all the detail about
  your demos.

๏ To collapse this section, tap the “Less
  Info” area.

๏ Tap the share arrow icon to see your
  sharing options.

Feedback
๏ All your feedback is listed under the
  Feedback tab.

๏ Each Feedback item includes the star
  rating (between 1 and 5), the review,
  the author and the date.

Jobs
๏ All the jobs you’ve been invited to are
   available from the “Jobs” button in
   the bottom navigation bar.

๏ At the top, you’ll see the “Hiring”
   group.

๏ The job title, VoiceMatch, budget and
   deadline will be visible.

๏ Jobs are ordered by most recent on
   top with older jobs near the bottom of
   the list.

๏ Tap anywhere on the job listing to
   view all the details.

Job Details
๏ The job title is prominently placed at
  the top.

๏ See your VoiceMatch and a “Reply to
  Job” banner.

๏ Scroll down to see the key
  information, work description and a
  sample script.

๏ Start the audition by tapping the
  “Reply to Job” banner.

๏ Navigate to the next and previous job
  by using the up and down arrow.

Proposal
๏ Just like on the Website, a
  Voices.com audition includes the
  proposal, quote an recording.

๏ You can type our a brief proposal or
  tap the down arrow to access a list of
  your proposal templates.

๏ After you’ve selected a template, you
  can still edit the proposal.

Quote
๏ Quote on voice over jobs by entering
  your fee or the client’s total.

๏ Voices.com guarantees payment
  when you use the SurePay Escrow
  service.

Recording
๏ Clients have consistently reported
  that a custom demo is the most
  influential factor in a hiring decision.

๏ Tap the “Record” button to launch the
  recorder widget.

๏ Or, scroll down and select a demo
  from the list of previously uploaded
  demos.

๏ See the demo title, category icon and
  a player to preview the audio.

The Recorder
๏ The Recorder is our favourite part of
  the Voices.com App.

๏ See the sample script from the client.
๏ Start recording by tapping the
  “Record” button and stop when
  you’re done.

๏ Play back your recording
๏ Tap “Save” to attach your recording
  to your audition.

Inbox
๏ Get your Voices.com Inbox messages
  right from your phone.

๏ New messages are indicated by the
  “Inbox” button in the navigation bar.

๏ See your Sent and Deleted messages
  too.

๏ Search by keyword or by the client’s
  name to find a conversation.

Messages
๏ When viewing the message details,
  you can see who sent the message,
  date and the body of the message.

๏ You have options to reply or mark the
  message as unread so you remember
  to go back to it later.

๏ Navigate to the next and previous
  message by using the up/down
  buttons.

Send Message
๏ Reply to messages from your clients
  right from your Android mobile
  device.

Payment
๏ Stay informed of the payment status
  and the scheduled payout date.

Settings
๏ Adjust your settings or even change
  your password.

๏ You have complete control over your
  account settings.
