Andres Abong is a computer enthusiast. At very young age, he has started dismantling his own CPU to troubleshoot his own PC. His interest in computers has led him took and finish a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology in 2002 at the Saint Paul University Philippines. As soon as he graduated, he went to Manila to work as technical support for companies like Xitrix, HP and Banco de Oro. His various experiences in the field of information Technology have made him a successful IT professional in Manila, but, his desire to put up his own computer company has lingered. He went back to Tuguegarao City in 2005 and established his own internet café along the streets of his alma mater, Saint Paul University Philippines. Aside from being a full time manager of his business, he also acts as technical consultant for starting internet cafés and guided them through start-up counseling on computer maintenance. His keyboard tinkering habit also made him appreciate and learn graphic designs and web applications. He is the current webmaster of the www.cagayanvalley.com, a prominent site offering web hosting services to clients from region 02. Presently, he is working as an IT specialist of the Department of Trade and Industry Regional Office. His works include troubleshooting, networking, web applications, design and lay-out and other various task related to information technology resources of the organization. His exceptional computer skills and enthusiasm and his warm character has made him an integral part of the Management Information Services (MIS) unit of the Department of Trade and Industry Region 02.
