This document will help you to understand the importance and idea of local training seminar, talent induction process itself and the role of the second agenda in it

WHAT is induction?
This is the time when we are providing basic information about AIESEC, supporting new members to begin exploring their own role in the world. Moreover helping them understand the specific opportunities AIESEC offers to an individual. Also motivating new members to take on responsibility and move forward in AIESEC. Providing needed knowledge which will be used during next steps. According to Global framework Induction consists of 4 main parts: 1) Get to know what AIESEC is 2) Challenge worldview 3) Defining values and setting goals 4) Join AIESEC network

WHAT are the goals of AIESEC induction process?
The individual should get enough information and the appropriate tools to be aware of all of the opportunities the AIESEC experience holds (around management, leadership, learning and exchange) and to be able to access them. Individuals understand the AIESEC role of developing individuals who are capable and willing to drive change in their community Individuals begin to explore their own role in the world Individuals understanding the specific opportunities that AIESEC holds for an individual Individuals understand their personal role for taking on these opportunities in AIESEC Individuals have the motivation to take on the responsibility and move forward in AIESEC
