					                             LADIES TEA PROGRAM

                             SATURDAY, OCTOBER 22, 2011

     SPONSORED BY THE TEXAS CIVIL WAR MUSEUM, FORT WORTH.

                                          FEATURING

                                    Ms. Ann Mutchler
            Ms. Mutchler will be instructing how to make Corn Husks Dolls

Ladies should plan to arrive at Mayor Terry Reddell’s home by 10:00am.

Tea and crumpets will be served while Mayor Reddell and his wife provide a brief
description of his home and the community of Hubbard during early to middle 1860’s.

Afterwards, Ms. Mutchler assisted by Ms. Cindy Harriman will demonstrate how to make
Corn Husks Dolls. You will be provided with materials to make and keep your own.

*Please bring a pair of scissors, period correct if you have them.

Directions to the Mayor’s home are:

Leaving the camp turn east on Hwy 31 toward Hubbard;
At the traffic light turn left on Hwy 171;
Travel three or four blocks to 8th Street and turn left.
Mayor’s Reddell’s home is on the corner of 8th Street and Hwy 171, (first house on the right.
after you turn)
His address is 801 Magnolia. Magnolia is also Highway 171.
