NHINC_SOURCE_DIR variable needs to be set to the local path where the source code needs to be
pulled in case of source code install.

Connect 3.2.1 JAVA_HOME = C:\Java\ jdk1.6.0_18
Change to
JAVA_HOME = C:\Java\jdk1.7.0_02 (Connect 3.3)
NHINC_SOURCE_DIR=C:\Projects\NHINC\3.3 (Local path)

PART C: Install Third Party Components to Glassfish lib Folder

The Glassfish domain can be preserved or it can be recreated. If there is an existing domain.xml
and lib folder: make a back up of existing domain.xml and lib folder. The third party components
needs to be installed in the Glassfish domain C:\Sun\AppServer\lib folder and all the third party
