               David Kelly ’84, of Atlanta, joined Bowen, Hanes & Company, Inc. as an Executive Vice
               President in 1997 and is involved with research, security analysis, portfolio management,
               client relations, and business development. From 1989 through 1996, he was associated
               with Peterson Properties, a full service commercial real estate company, headquartered
               in Atlanta, Georgia. He was Vice President of the Investment Properties Group and was
               responsible for property acquisitions and dispositions totaling over $300 million.

In this capacity, David developed a strong background in financial analysis and asset management
involving both real and financial assets. From 1984 through 1987, he was a Banking Officer for Wachovia
Bank and Trust in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and in 1987 attended Emory University's Graduate
Business School program, receiving his MBA in 1989. He holds a B.A. degree in Economics and Political
Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, which he received in 1984. Married to Julie

                  Brendan O’Connor, ’12, has joined SunTrust Robinson Humphrey as an Investment
                  Banking Analyst. A native of Charlotte, he graduated from Ardrey Kell High School. He

                Michael "Mickey" Bhotiwihok ’97 is an associate attorney with the Law Office of
                Grant Kaplan in Miami, FL. He graduated from Nova Southeastern University in
                2001 and Woodberry Forest High School in 1993. His specialty is immigration.

Sam Applegate ‘64 is an attorney with Moore Van Allen in Charleston. He is a member practicing in the
                     areas of corporate, commercial real estate, health care and environmental law.
                     Within his areas of focus, he primarily assists commercial real estate developers,
                     corporations and other business entities with their legal and regulatory matters.
                     Mr. Applegate is listed in Best Lawyers in America and is Martindale-Hubbell AV
                     Preeminent Rated. He has numerous ties to the Charleston area and the State of
                     South Carolina. As a part of his distinguished career, he has served as: Member of
                     the House of Representatives and the State Senate of South Carolina Chairman of
                     the Department of Health and Environmental Control for the State of South
                     Carolina Municipal Judge, City of Folly Beach In addition to his professional duties,
