revenue. Held accountability for profit and loss (P&L), the capital budget, client relations, market and business

Addressed real estate requirements, facility and asset control, planning and problem solving, transportation
management including DOT compliance and logistics, inventory control, as well as market safety and security
and OSHA compliance. Partnered with local and regional sales and account management personnel in

Conducted due diligence related to prospective mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and offer negotiations. Led
