Director – Continuous Improvement / National Director of GS Operations (2009-2011)
Managed and implemented continuous process improvement and operational excellence projects and
teams across North American Distribution Operations that included Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Led strategic objective development and tactical launch that established the operational functions for
federal Distribution Centers. Developed and integrated new clients. Ensured Service Level Agreement
(SLA) conformity and managed Key Performance indicators (KPI), as well as competitive positioning.

Addressed real estate requirements, facility and asset control, planning and problem solving, transportation
management including DOT compliance and logistics, inventory control, as well as market safety and security
and OSHA compliance. Partnered with local and regional sales and account management personnel in
developing new business. Provided direction for new general managers and territorial staff members.
Conducted due diligence related to prospective mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and offer negotiations. Led
