Established New Core Business Division. Drove the design/build/staffing/
certification and outfitting of a US Navy full flight simulator and the associated
training programs. This was a never before attempted project, demanding

Commander of the U.S.Navy's largest Air Wing with over $3B worth of capital
assets and 4,000 personnel. $1M a day operating budget. An organization
unique to the DoD, providing 100% of the Navy's on demand high priority
airborne logistics support around the globe 24/7.
Created and maintained ownership of program specific curricula and learning
facilities, garnered appropriate staffing to enhance overall program
effectiveness.
Ensured long term sustainability through asset management, personnel
development and improving the customer/client relationship.
Surpassed recruiting and sustainment goals, delivering a 97% retention rate
among qualified personnel and allowed a 700% increase in product/mission

Head, Reserve Air Logistics Branch
Operations of the Navy (OPNAV) Staff 2001-2003
Principal advisor to the Chief of Naval Operations on all Navy Reserve land-
based fixed wing aircraft programs and policies. Formulated coordinated
