attached to that reservation at the time reservations are made. No group
reservation of multiple rooms under one name from one company will be
accepted. Name changes are permitted. Cancellation of a room reservation
must be made by 6pm the day prior to arrival. If room is cancelled after that
date payment for one nights lodging may be assessed. Either a credit card
or advance cash or check deposit are required to hold a reservation.
