Quotations are invited for the following items (mentioned below) within seven days from the date
of this E-mail with 60 days validity. Kindly provide your offer in:

●       F.O.R. price (GST must be included in the price of each item and delivery time fifteen
        working days after receiving purchase order)
                                               OR
●       C & F price (freight component must be included in the price of each item and delivery
        time twelve weeks after receiving purchase order).

PLEASE NOTE:
●    Quotation by e-mail would not be acceptable.
●    Quoted items should be with correct pack size, catalogue number as well as copy of
     catalogue or relevant pages.
●    Items quoted in Ex-works or F.O.B. prices would not be entertained.
●    Quotation must be properly sealed with signature/stamp. Kindly write our reference
     number on top of the envelope.
●    Submitted quotation must be in a proper shape as guided above. Otherwise, would not be
     entertained.
