 Artists must furnish works for exhibition upon request, or may lose their spot in the quarterly artist exhibition rotation.
 All work must be provided ready to install/hang, properly mounted or framed, with wire for hanging (no clips or
       sawtoothed hangers).
 All work for exhibition is accompanied by a Loan Agreement and W-9 form.
 Each artist is responsible to bring/ship art work to and from GAC.
Artists Guild Gallery at the Café
 In addition to the requirements listed above, work may not exceed 10 lbs. Gadsden Arts provides “s” hooks for
hanging the art; use 2 hooks per piece on the wire wall grid.
 The Artists Guild Gallery does not offer a fire sprinkler system, and there is no gallery track lighting. There is
         overhead lighting throughout.
 The GAC Artists Guild Gallery is open during operating hours of Café (Mon-Sat, 10am–3pm).
 The Gadsden Arts Center does not provide property insurance coverage for works of art exhibited in the Artists Guild
Gallery. GAC Staff take care to properly manage and protect the space and works therein; however, the exhibiting
artists accept complete liability for damage or loss to works of art exhibited in the GAC Artists Guild Gallery.
Remember
 When bringing work for the Bates Community Room Gallery for an Artists Guild exhibition, bring 1-2 works of art.
 When bringing work for the Artists Guild Gallery at the Café please bring 1-4 works of art.
