Brandi’s love of fitness and sports evolved in high school as she played a variety of sports. She
excelled in cross-country, ran track, and played soccer. In college she continued playing soccer
and cheered for the college basketball team.
At the age of 19, Brandi began her fitness career working at McLeod Health & Fitness Center,
located in Florence, South Carolina. There she was hired on as a Youth Activity
Leader/Receptionist and worked her way up to Youth Activity Leader Supervisor, responsible
for planning youth programs, summer camp and sport clinics. During this time she was also
certified as a Lifeguard and worked in the Aquatics department guarding both of the Health &
Fitness Centers pools and teaching swimming lessons. Brandi also certified the Health & Fitness
Centers employees in adult and child CPR, AED, and First Aid.
Brandi is now training clients and teaching a variety of classes including Boot Camp and Zumba.
She enjoys participating in many out door sports that include 5 and 10K races, cycling, water
skiing and water tubing. Currently, Brandi is working toward many goals to broaden her
