1. CSDF SENIOR HIGH NATIONAL DEBATE SEMINAR                              (Location TBA)

       2 Top Open Class Speakers from each active region from different schools not graduating this year.
       (the event takes place next school year.

       Delegate shall be chosen on the basis of the following formula:

       1 x individual placement at the regional final plus
       3 x individual placement at the provincial final

       For Bilingual and French

       The delegates will be selected according to this formula
       ((highest Eng Score) + 2x (Highest F/B Score) + 3x (prov. F/B score)


2. National Junior High School Debate Tournament

       The top four Jr. Open teams at the provincials

3. National Senior High School Debate Tournament

       Montreal, Quebec - April 25 – April 30 , 2012

       The top 3 teams in Open, the top 2 teams in Beginner, and the top team in bilingual at the
       Provincials shall be the delegate at the National Senior High School Debate Tournament.
