Construction Project Manager
• Managed all aspects of projects including the legal, regulatory compliance, operational systems and issues,
  logistics and purchasing aspects of each restaurant.
• Project managed the construction of “Maggie Moo’s Ice Cream Treateries” franchised restaurants in multiple
  states on the East Coast of the United States. Supplied equipment only to the first few restaurants and then
  took on the entire project from the ground up for almost 20 other locations. Negotiated contractors, provided
  oversight on all construction phases, ensured that each store included the unique design features dictated by
  each set of plans and procured and installed the equipment in each store. Highly successful in managing
  changes during construction as dictated by owners. Worked closely with the architect who on occasion visited
  the jobsite. All projects came in on time and within budget.
• Principal project manager for “The Roasting Plant” coffee shop chain. Began working with the company in
  2006 while with the MIM Design Group. Worked with the owner to develop concept plans and rough drafts
  for the architect to follow for the first store of two (Opened in 2007 with the second opening in 2008).
  Negotiated and contracted out the work and was responsible for overseeing all work performed. The concept
  utilized a variety of equipment never before used in harmony with each other in a production environment so
  alterations to how the equipment worked was necessary.
• Provide service to several restaurants and catering operations in the area for equipment and small wares.
