free number, 1-700-555-4141 from each of your phone lines. If you receive a welcome message
from either TouchTone or Qwest, (Qwest Communications is a company we may utilize in your
area) your service has been changed. If you do not receive a TouchTone or Qwest message, your
service has not been switched and you should contact TouchTone's Customer Service
Department at 1-800-266-4006 for assistance.
If you would like to check the status of multiple phone lines you can call our Customer Service
Department at the number above and our representatives will be happy to assist you in determining
which lines have or have not been switched.

Please Note: If you have just recently signed up for TouchTone Service your order form may not have included the
PICC notice. As part of the Access Charge Reform Order passed by the FCC, it has become necessary for TouchTone
to pass through the Local PICC fee of $1.50 per additional line for business customers only. If you have any questions
