Detailed Task Assigned:
 Mobilize the team as per the schedule and site requirement
 To coordinate all project activities and guide the members of the Team and maintain close liaison
  with client throughout the provision of the services
 Review the design of Highways and Roads pavement, Structural (ROB, Flyover, Major&Minor
  Bridges, Underpass etc) and Drainage system drawings, technical specifications, material reports and
  bill of quantities, etc and recommend modifications to client if any for approval and take action for
  necessary amendment.
 Issue Contractor the engineering drawings, technical specifications and contract documents and
  provide any supplementary information necessary to carry out the works
 Maintain close contact and liaise with the respective regional administrative authorities to ensure
  timely finalization of compensations in respect of crops and buildings within the right-of -way before
  Contractor is given possession of site

 Check and approve the setting out of the works Review and get familiar with Environmental
   Procedures Manual of client and EIA report of the projects including Client's policies/guidelines on
   environment
 Review, monitor and ensure implementation of Environmental Protection Plan and Resettlement

I am a graduate in Civil Engineering with more than 32 years of extensive experience in Construction
supervision of Highways/Roads (Two,Four,&Six Lane) including both flexible and rigid pavement and
Major bridge projects like ROB, Flyovers, River Bridges, Six Lane Tunnels, Minor Bridges,
Underpass, Culverts, Irrigation & major canals & Pumping stations/Chambers/Reservoirs and DI
Water Transmission pipeline of drinking and Irrigation projects etc. funded by World Bank, ADB,
NHAI-State etc and also executed Multi-Story Buildings (Piles and Raft Foundations) With
Underground (G-2)Two Floor Car Park, Luxury Housing complex (Real Estate Business), Dubai
International Airport Extension Project, Five Star HOTEL, Large Shopping Malls, Large Single Span
Steel Auditorium, Steel Bridges (ROB and Flyover), Processing Plant, Power Plant, Industrial Building
(Warehouses & Factories), Pre-Engineered Buildings(Kirby, Zamil, Tiger steel, Butler Steel) Sewerage

       Crores. Project Total length of 32.8 km including 4 ROBs, 5 numbers of flyovers, 1 major bridge
       crossing Yamuna river and minor bridges underpasses culverts etc.
      Construction Supervision for widening to Four Lanes and Rehabilitation of the existing Two Lane
       carriageway of NH -4, Pune to Satara Section (length 110 km) in Maharashtra. The project,
       completed in June 2007, was executed under ICB norms and FIDIC Conditions of Contract. Project
       Cost INR 370 Crore per Package.
      Construction Supervision for up-gradation of Hungund to Belgaum State Road (length 170.306 km)
       under Karnataka State Highways Improvement Project, Phase – II, Package U – 8 (World Bank
       Funded under ICB norms and FIDIC Conditions of Contract). Total Project Cost: INR 280.93
       Crores.
      Feasibility Study,Preliminary Project Reports&Preparation of Detailed Project Reports for rural
       Roads and Construction Supervision rural roads of length 330 km in Balaghat, Siwani &
       Chhindwara in the state of Madhya Pradesh under PIU of Prime Minister’s Rural Roads

        Agra – Bharatpur Road (length 32.80 km.) included huge major structures like ROBs,(4Nos.)
        Flyovers(5Nos.), Major Bridge (3 x 50 m span)Minor Bridge (21 Nos.), Underpasses(11 Nos.) &
        Box culverts etc.
        Responsible for administration of contract under FIDIC conditions covering the assignments of
        examination and certification of the construction drawings, monitoring and examination of the
        contractors setup, laboratory and construction machinery & equipment, monitoring and certification

        Responsible for supervision of road construction works as per AASHTO specification, scheduling
        as per PERT / CPM, preparing weekly/ daily targets & compilation of the same, finalizing of mix
        designs, quality control, monthly certificate of payments and dealing with the Client and Consultant,
        preparing work plan & organizing the deployment of machinery accordingly, ensuring the
        availability of continues work fronts, supervising laying of pavement by pavers, follow up
        Client/Consultant for the finalization of pending issues relevant to work, preparation of project
        reports and overseeing detailed physical surveys using Total Station.

Jun 1980 – Mar 1984 Site Engineer, C.C.C.W.LLC (JV) YIT LTD., Saudi Arabia
       Construction of Riyadh Sewerage Treatment Plant, Administration office block Drainage Pipe
       Network System, Water Treatment Plant, Pumping Station, Water reservoir tank. The project
       was executed under ICB norms and Conditions of Contract. Client: Kingdom of Saudi
       Arabia. Project Cost: US $ 165 Million under the supervision of International Consultant
       VIAKUP.
       Responsible for construction supervision, quality and quantity assurance of all works, preparation of
       invoices for payment, supervising establishment of field testing laboratories, ensuring safety during
       construction and preparation of various project progress reports
