Service Level Agreement

following:
Adhering to the guidelines numbered 1-9 as set out in the attached guideline
document.
Maintaining a Pay and Play approach offered on a first come first served
basis.
Informing Community Sport and Physical Activity Team if numbers dwindle
over the course of the project so that waiting lists can be opened and further
advertising can take place.
Acting as an advocate for the programme.
Continuing the sessions for at least a further 12 months following the end of
the funding term and providing Community Sport and Physical Activity Team
with monitoring figures.
Community Sport and Physical Activity Team commit to the following:
Providing funding as agreed in the project proposal to support the delivery of
the Get Back Into project plan.
Responsibility for the overall marketing and remarketing of the Get Back Into
project
Providing a member of staff to ‘Meet and Greet’ at the first, and ‘Wrap up’ on
the last session
Providing all relevant paperwork to enable community clubs,
coaches/instructors and partner organisations to complete the necessary M&E
Dealing with complaints and issues that may arise
